At Tai Well Handbags Ltd., our production process combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology to deliver premium quality handbags, wallets, and accessories. From design and prototyping to bulk production and final packaging, each step is meticulously planned and executed. Our factories in Foshan (China) and Yangon (Myanmar) operate under Japanese-taught management standards, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. With a focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing, we use only the finest materials, transforming innovative designs into exceptional products that meet global standards.
STEP 1
DESIGN AND SAMPLING
We begin by transforming your ideas into detailed designs using advanced CAD software. Our sampling departments in Foshan and Yangon create prototypes within 14–21 working days, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. This stage allows for rapid feedback and iteration, guaranteeing that the final product meets all specifications before full-scale production.

STEP 2
MATERIAL SOURCING
We source premium materials globally, including LWG-certified leathers, sustainable fabrics, and high-quality hardware from Italy, Japan, China, and other trusted suppliers. Every material undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure durability, consistency, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION
Our independent production lines allow us to produce multiple styles simultaneously, eliminating the delays associated with traditional batch and queue models. By configuring each line for maximum productivity, we maintain flexible and efficient production without compromising on quality. This agile approach enables us to swiftly adapt to changing demands and evolving market trends, ensuring timely delivery and consistent craftsmanship for every item.
FINAL STEP
BULK PRODUCTION
Once samples are approved, we move into full-scale production with efficiency and precision. Our factories in Foshan (China) and Yangon (Myanmar) leverage state-of-the-art machinery and skilled artisans to achieve a streamlined production flow. Each item passes through dedicated stages, including cutting, material preparation, assembly, and finishing. With a monthly capacity of 15,000 handbags and 10,000 wallets/SLGs in China, and 10,000 handbags and 15,000 wallets/SLGs in Myanmar, we can meet both small and large volume requirements while maintaining strict quality standards.
