• Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
